  • Tune in from the comfort of your own home! Classes offered 5 days per week, all levels welcome.

    These classes run in tandem with their corresponding In Person class.

  • At a budget to suit your needs, these 1-2 person sessions will focus on YOUR goals at a time that works for your schedule! Multiple times and training options available.

  • Designed specifically for that quick lunch hour you get from work, this class will get you moving! Ranging from 35-45 minutes, class starts promptly at 12:15pm, and ends around 12:50pm - so you can fit it into that busy work day. No more squeezing it in when you're tired or feeling guilty missing family time - use your lunch hour to move, sweat, and get strong with Coach Brenda!

  • This class focuses on strength in classic movements of the human body, such as squat, deadlift, push up and pull up.

  • Group class focused on strength and conditioning using a variety of modalities including but not limited to: dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, body weight, TRX etc.

  • Cardio kickboxing is fully instructor lead shadow boxing, and Power kickboxing will use heavy bags, pads and gloves for more technical training. no experience necessary for either!

  • The perfect mix - 30 mins sweat, 30 mins stretch! No experience required.

  • Designed for safe movement to the muscles and joints, using a variety o modalities including foam rollers, stretching, lacrosse ball techniques, nerve flossing, etc.. Injury friendly.

  • Join Coach Nancy for a trampoline workout. In HIIT you will use light weights. In cardio it is more coordinated dance style, ready to get that heart rate going.

  • Chair utilizes a folding seat with sensual movement to create a dance-style experience! Repeated movements weekly mean you will continue to gain confidence and control.

  • This class uses multiple modalities to get the heart rate going! No experience necessary, shoes optional but sometimes helpful. Battle ropes, kettlebells, stairs, heavy carries… the list goes on! A fan favourite.

Current cost for monthly training is $150 for unlimited classes. Once you’re booked in, your auto-pay will continue to come out monthly until you cancel. NO CONTRACTS but a 3 month commitment is recommended.

Drop in is $20-25 depending on the class.
