  • Hosted at our NEW location, 4736 50th st Red Deer, these 45-60 minute classes will get the heart rate going and the body stronger! General strength and conditioning. All levels welcome! 5 classes per week.

  • At a budget to suit your needs, these 1-2 person sessions will focus on YOUR goals at a time that works for your schedule! Multiple times and training options available.

  • COMING TO YOU IN MARCH, 2023!

    This class runs between 60-75+ minutes, and is focussed solely on the training for Obstacle Course Races such as Spartan, Mud Hero, Tough Mudder, X Warrior etc.

    We run, climb, lift, carry, sprint, pull and push!

    Ability to run is an asset. No experience necessary.

  • Currently offered at a combo of online and in person, this class will test you both mentally and physically! 5 classes per week
    All levels welcome.

  • Have a consistent workout pal or two, and want classes JUST for you!? Book these sessions at a covenient time that works for your party! Inquire within for times and cost.

  • Classes and personal training not an option for you, but still want to get movement in?
    Goal focussed, personal program writing or Online Do it Sort of Yourself Training may be for you!

    Goal focussed - 3-5 workouts geared toward your movement or body goals sent to you in a monthly package. $75/ mo, chat with a coach for personalization!

    DISOY - Takes the guesswork out of planning your workouts. 3 General Strength and Conditioning workouts sent to you, week by week! All levels, and customizable for the level YOU are at. $10/monthly, online access, no prior discussion with coach required.

  • Designed specifically for that quick lunch hour you get from work, this class will get you moving! Ranging from 35-45 minutes, class starts promptly at 12:15pm, and ends around 12:50pm - so you can fit it into that busy work day. No more squeezing it in when you're tired or feeling guilty missing family time - use your lunch hour to move, sweat, and get strong with Coach Brenda!

  • This class focuses on strength in classic movements of the human body, such as squat, deadlift, push up and pull up.

Current cost for monthly training is $150 for unlimited classes. Once you’re booked in, your auto-pay will continue to come out monthly until you cancel. NO CONTRACTS but a 3 month commitment is recommended.

Drop in is $20.
