  • Coach Brenda

    Founder and OG Coach for YSF, Brenda has a passion for changing the fitness landscape to create a personal feeling, pressureless and enjoyable workout experience.

    Her approach is body neutral with a focus on communication and relationships.

    As a mom of 3 herself, she is adept at modifying classes to suit post partum clients or for those days when the kiddos just DON’T wanna leave your side!

    She has a passion for OCR, Kettlebells, running, lifting and people. You’ll find her on the schedule mornings and offering some Personal training as well.

  • Coach Ramona

    Meet Coach Ramona!! A lover of all things fitness, she has a varied background! While she is new to coaching, she is learning rapidly and is ready to bring her coaching style to YOU!

    A mom of 4 (!!), you’ll find her bookkeeping by day, and smashing out deadlifts by night. She has a passion for OCR (which is how she and Coach Brenda met!!) and weight lifting. Check out her Classes TODAY!

    While she may be a newer coach in the game, she's a force to be reckoned with! Taylor has a passion for lifting heavy and pushing hard!! She is a dog lover and mom of 2 little fellas who keep her on her toes! You'll find Taylor on the floor coaching some morning/evening classes and behind the scenes working on her Personal Training clients 💪
